After selling a commercial child care in their hometown of Clio, Michigan, the Habedank family relocated to the Gulf Coast of Florida. Since, they have become the go-to husband and wife team for a growing list of discerning clients in Sarasota County and beyond. Jesse values the importance of attention to detail and consistency, to ensure that a person’s asset—their home—is protected and owns Paradise Lifestyle Homewatch.
Tiffany and her husband Jesse were high-school sweethearts and celebrated 20 years of marriage in 2022. They have two teenage boys who attend Venice schools. The family enjoys living in a community where they “do life,” as Jesse says, with their neighbors.
With multiple personal builds and remodels, Tiffany understands what it takes to make your relocation a reality. In a commercial setting, Tiffany is the president of a property holdings company, established in 2008. She has the experience and passion to provide assistance in real estate decisions, construction in new builds and vendor relationships, even after the closing is complete.
