Originally from Michigan, Shane Dunigan brings a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a deep commitment to family as the father of Erik Dunigan, Team Lead for The Dunigan Group. Shane’s career began in the early 1990s when he and his brother founded a successful auto collision business. Over the years, their business expanded to more than seven locations with 60+ employees, ultimately selling in 2022.
After decades of success in Michigan, Shane relocated to Venice, Florida, to be closer to his children and grandchildren, trading the snow for sunshine. A devoted family man, Shane has been married to his high school sweetheart, Amy, for over 35 years. Together, they enjoy the Florida lifestyle—spending quality time with loved ones, boating along the Intracoastal Waterway, and playing golf.
Shane is also a passionate sports car enthusiast, where his love for precision and performance pairs perfectly with his appreciation for fine craftsmanship. In recent years, Shane has played a crucial role in supporting his son Erik in achieving millions of dollars in real estate sales. His business acumen, attention to detail, and family-oriented approach make him an invaluable asset to the team.
